When I was younger I never really warmed to the word naturist or in fact nudist, I think because they seemed kind of old, almost, comedy terms.
But call me what you want, I won’t be offended. I prefer to be naked with clothes being an option when needed. I wear them when they are appropriate.
I really don't care what size or shape a person is, or indeed what colour, sex or sexual orientation. To me, we all look and feel better without clothes. This is our natural beautiful state. I think when you separate nudity and sexuality you open the door to increased positive bodily image, self confidence, acceptance and better health, both mentally and physically.
We should never be, in anyway, embarrassed at being who we naturally are. Being naked and the need to be naked is completely normal, natural and healthy.
Just be you. You’re unique and, anyway, everyone else is taken. The great thing about being you is that you have nobody to compare to or compete with. You alone know what’s good for you. Nobody can make you miserable like you and nobody can feel happy like you. Only you have the power to make changes, take choices and make the decisions that will make you happier. If you feel happier, more free and more you, without the restriction of clothes, then get naked. Stop worrying about what others will think. You deserve to be free, happy and healthy. Show the world more of who you truly are. Take one decision today that moves you forward towards your goals. Get naked, be free. Have a great day. X
Celebrate life. There are no rehearsals to the life that we are living. We don’t get to have today again, if we feel that it didn’t go as well as we planned. I am very much a glasses is half full person. Attempting to drain the last drop of positivity out of any given situation. I just don’t want to miss an opportunity, if it makes itself available to me. There are so many many things, on a daily basis, that I can be thankful and show gratitude for. We are wonderfully made and were born to exist in this very day. I never take life for granted and, when possible, take a naked moment or two of pure appreciation.
Where you belong. We all have places where we feel comfortable and safe. I’m lucky enough to live in an area which is quite rural. There are many places where I can go, without the fear that my peace will be disturbed. Places I can feel the air surrounding my skin and the grass, dirt or sand beneath my feet. In a busy city these spaces might have to be a roof top, a balcony or even your back yard. Sometimes inspiring spaces don’t always come with a view. Spending time naked in thought and body can be so beneficial for our mental, emotional and physical well being. I believe that we were born to be free. You were born to be you and I was born to be me. Find somewhere that you belong naked.
Wil!

i was contacted recently about the possibility of providing a donation button to my website. Where people could show their appreciation if they wished. I must say I was utterly taken aback by such kind words. I have been asked many times about financing what I do. I don’t do this for money, and never will. My ramblings and thoughts are meerl ment to encourage, support and hopefully give a smile to people on the subject of nudity. My little tip jar allows little tips just to say hi If anyone wishes. Again I am not asking, simply providing a mechanism.Thank you for reading and have a wonderful day.
